Mr. Huxford obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Political Science from Montclair State University in 2007 and a Juris Doctor degree cum laude by Widener University School of Law, in 2001. Mr. Huxford served as a legal intern for the Honorable Norman E. Veasey, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court and served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James C. Heimlich and Stuart Peim in the New Jersey Superior Court of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in all New J ersey Courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Huxford presently serves as the Borough Attorney and the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Roselle Park and the Tax Attorney for the Township of Clark. Mr. Huxford's practice focuses on litigation, municipal court matters, landlord-tenant matters, and real-estate transactions.
photograph of associates Marc A. Sposato has been an Associate of the Firm since October 2017. Before joining the firm, Mr. Sposato served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard T. Sules in the Essex County Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Part, and also as a legal intern for the Honorable Joseph V. Isabella in the Hudson County Superior Court, Criminal Part. Mr. Sposato received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pace University, cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Sposato is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Sposato focuses his practice in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Sposato’s criminal practice focuses on the representation of individuals in all criminal matters in State, Federal and Municipal Courts, including traffic and DWI cases. Additionally, his civil practice focuses on plaintiff and defense litigation, in addition to personal injury matters.
